Rigove is inviting estate agents to help build a local discovery service for homes buyers may otherwise miss.

A practical exchange

Agents contribute eligible homes and keep their details current. Rigove reviews submissions and helps buyers discover them. Interested buyers go to the agent’s own listing, with the agency’s identity visible throughout.

What qualifies?

The initial focus is homes an authorised agent reports are available and not currently advertised on Rightmove. A dated agent declaration is not independent proof of absence. The proposed service will make the source and freshness of each claim clear.

What happens next?

We’re recruiting founding agents, collecting real examples, and choosing the first local area. A richer property collection and agent-management tools follow in later phases. We will describe actual coverage rather than imply nationwide availability.

Independent by design

The proposed pilot is free, with direct agent links and no paid ranking. Participation does not require an agent to stop using another portal. Rigove is not affiliated with Rightmove, the claimant in the collective proceedings, or the Tribunal.
