As Rightmove faces a proposed £1.5bn claim, we’re building another route to buyers. Is the new property service live yet?
We’re recruiting founding agents and establishing the first local collection. Registration starts a conversation about participation; it does not create a public agency profile or publish homes.
Do agents have to leave Rightmove?
No. We’re testing an additional discovery channel. Joining does not require changing your portal contracts or making a public campaign statement.
What does “beyond Rightmove” mean?
Our initial focus is available homes agents report are not currently advertised on Rightmove. This is different from another copy of a home already advertised there. Coverage and freshness will be stated clearly.
Why is Rigove’s campaign connected to the Rightmove case?
The proposed £1.5bn claim brings portal fees and competition into focus. We planned our founding-agent campaign alongside the certification hearing listed for 2 November 2026, with 3 November in reserve, to invite agents to help build another route to buyers. The Tribunal’s listing currently gives the hearing dates but no outcome. Rigove is independent and not affiliated with Rightmove, the claimant, or the Tribunal.
